By placing an order, you confirm that:

3.3 Licence Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each purchase grants a:

• Single-user licence
• Non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence
• For personal educational use only

Institutional purchases require one licence per learner.
No physical products are supplied.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£).
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal.
• International customers are responsible for conversion fees and local taxes.
• Prices may change without notice; confirmed orders are unaffected.
• We may decline or cancel orders if fraud or misuse is suspected.

5. Access and Delivery

5.1 Online Courses

• Access is normally activated within 1 hour of purchase.
• Course access is valid for 12 months, unless specified otherwise.
• Access requires a compatible device, stable internet connection, and cookie-enabled browser.

5.2 eBooks

• Delivered instantly via email or downloadable link.
• Once downloaded or opened, the product is considered “used”.

5.3 Restrictions on Use

You must not:

• Share or sell login details
• Reproduce, copy, or distribute course content
• Upload, screen-record, or extract content
• Host Trim Training content on other platforms
• Use content for teaching, training, or commercial delivery without permission
• Attempt to bypass LMS or security settings

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Online Courses

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• Less than 25% of the course has been accessed
• No downloadable materials have been used

Refunds are not available if:

• More than 25% of content has been accessed
• Course has been completed
• Login information has been shared
• Access expired
• Purchase was made by an institution (unless legally required)

6.2 eBooks and Digital Downloads

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

6.3 How to Request a Refund

Email support@trim-training.co.uk with:

• Order number
• Email address used for purchase
• Reason for the request

Refund decisions are made in accordance with these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital content is the intellectual property of Trim Training Limited.

This includes:

• Text, videos, narration, audio, images
• Quizzes, assessments, certificates
• Mindshift (CBT-based) activities
• Smart self-help guides
• eBooks and downloadable materials

You may not:

• Copy or republish content
• Share course materials publicly
• Transfer your licence to another person
• Use content in teaching, training, or commercial work
• Translate, adapt, or modify content for resale
• Create derivative works without permission

8. Disclaimers

Our products are educational self-help tools, not professional or clinical services.

Trim Training does not provide:

Learners are responsible for how they interpret and apply the content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trim Training is not liable for:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Business interruption
• Data loss caused by user error
• Third-party outages (Stripe, PayPal, hosting, LMS)
• Device or internet issues

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
This complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
